At ISE 2025, HP | Poly announced new collaboration solutions, including the Poly Studio V12 videobar, along with comprehensive IT management services and support, designed to bring teams together from any location.
Per the company, the Poly Studio V12 USB Video Bar is a compact solution for small meeting rooms, offering enterprise-grade audio and video capabilities at an approachable price, without compromising on performance. Leveraging the latest generation of NoiseBlockAI and Acoustic Fence technologies plus a 20megapixel camera, the Poly Studio V12 blocks out unwanted background noise to ensure clear communication.
Additionally, the system integrates seamlessly with videoconferencing platforms like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet. It also offers simple setup via USB connectivity and multiple power options, providing flexibility to suit any BYOD or PC-based room. Built with sustainability in mind, the solution also features at least 50% recycled plastic content and eco-friendly packaging.
Per the company, the Poly Studio V12 USB Video Bar will join HP’s comprehensive lineup of next-generation videoconferencing solutions, as the modern evolution of the Poly Studio USB Video Bar.
Next-Generation Portfolio
According to a statement, the next-generation Poly Studio portfolio includes the Poly Studio V-Series premium USB videobars, the Poly Studio X-Series all-in-one video bars, the Studio-G Series modular videoconferencing solutions and the Poly Studio E360 center of table companion camera. The Poly Studio X-Series and Poly Studio G-Series next-gen systems work with videoconferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms and Google Meetii. Per the company, the next-gen portfolio will enable migration to Android 13 later on the enhanced Poly VideoOS platform. All of the Poly Studio next-generation devices can be managed by Poly Lens.
Integrated IT with Advanced Insights
HP also introduced Poly Lens Pro for Rooms that provides advanced management and insights of room solutions, providing IT teams with the necessary tools to improve enterprise collaboration. This software enables remote access and greater visibility into rooms, including troubleshooting, proactive alerts and real-time system health insights to keep IT teams better informed. Integration with Microsoft O365, Zoom Device Manager, and Power BI allows for centralized management and reporting, while advanced API access offers customizable management interfaces, making it a scalable solution for any organization.

- Poly Lens Core: This free software management tool is essential to IT teams looking for seamless device management for supported HP and Poly devices.
- Poly Lens Pro for Rooms: An advanced IT solution tailored for video meeting rooms, offering IT with remote access and visibility as well as integration with key collaboration technologies to provide enhanced insights and analytics to improve productivity and efficiencies. Available now as a free trial, for a limited time.
- Poly Lens+ Enterprise: This offering is inclusive of everything from Poly Lens Pro for Rooms, plus exclusive services and support. Poly Lens Pro for Rooms is a premium offering providing advanced management and insights of room solutions.

- The Poly Studio V12 Video Bar will be available in April 2025 on HP.com for $899.
- Poly Lens Core is available now at no cost for supported HP and Poly devices.
- Poly Lens Pro for Rooms is available now at no cost, during a limited-time trial to all customers. After the limited time trial period, customers will be offered a simple way to move over to a fully paid subscription.
- Poly+ Enterprise is available now. Pricing varies based on deployment needs.
