Keenfinity Group announced it has been successfully transforming into a strategic holding with four customer-centric Businesses led by dedicated CEOs and supported by streamlined Group functions. Subsequently, the role of the CEO will be phased out ahead of plan, with Chairman Hubertus Muehlhaeuser assuming direct oversight of the four Businesses and Group functions.
Who is the Current CEO of Keenfinity Group?
Peter Loeffler, the current CEO of Keenfinity Group, will transition out from his current role as part of this simplified management structure. However, according to the statement, he will remain a part of the value creation journey, as both an investor and advisor to the Board.
“Peter has not only delivered the transformation of the Keenfinity Group into four dedicated businesses, he accomplished it significantly faster,” explains Muehlhaeuser. “We are deeply grateful for his leadership and dedication, and glad that he will remain connected to the Group.”

Loeffler then adds, “Above all, I am especially grateful to the entire Keenfinity team. Since 2023, we have navigated major transformations together, from the carve-out from the Bosch Group to establishing the Keenfinity Group as four dedicated businesses. I am convinced that our agile, customer-driven setup, combined with our commitment to quality and innovation, will give each Business exactly the momentum it needs to accelerate its value creation journey.”
Per the statement, Loeffler led the carve-out from Bosch Group in July 2025 as well as implementation of the new strategy with a decentralized structure to enable growth and value creation.
