ADI, part of the Honeywell Security Group (HSG), has named Michael Flink president of ADI Global. He will lead all ADI businesses across the Americas, EMEA and India.
Flink has been president of ADI Americas since 2010. In this new role, he will drive ADI’s global vision and business strategy to strengthen product categories, lead expansion plans across all regions and maximize vendor and customer relationships. Flink will continue to report to HSG President Ron Rothman.
“Michael is a distinguished leader with many years of experience building successful distribution models, driving growth and delivering positive results,” says Rothman. “Under his leadership, ADI Global will continue to strengthen its value proposition, maximize its global network and deliver a robust customer experience to help customers grow their businesses.”

Flink joined ADI in 2003 as vice president of marketing for ADI North America. In 2005, he launched the company’s international expansion into Europe. Flink also served as general manager for Honeywell Security Middle East from 2006-2010.
