NetSpeek, provider of generative AI for Pro AV, has announced Lena, the world’s first Language Enabled Network Administrator built specifically to support commercial AV and UC network operations. Per the company, Lena automates many areas of installation, troubleshooting and reporting, providing organizations an intelligent solution when operating complex, multi-vendor technology ecosystems. Built by industry veterans with over a century of combined Pro AV and UC experience, NetSpeek says Lena will offer a true end-to-end generative AI solution.

According to the company, as a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform, Lena will help assist organizations scale and efficiently operate their collaboration and communication infrastructure. Lena can easily integrate with the majority of technologies commonly found in the latest collaborative Pro AV spaces. Moreover, users can leverage it as a complete solution or in parallel with other remote monitoring and management platforms.

Advantages of Lena

“What I often hear from CIOs is that despite organizational scale, what keeps them up at night is getting a call from a fellow executive who is unable to get a room to work,” says Sam Kennedy, EVP of GTM Strategy at NetSpeek. “Collaboration needs are no longer a nice-to-have but a hard requirement for how we work. The technology needs to be functioning correctly – always.”

“There’s been plenty of buzz about AI in the UC and AV industries, with most of it having marginal usefulness,” adds David Danto, principal analyst at TalkingPointz. “NetSpeek stands out as the first company leveraging generative AI to tackle real customer challenges. It’s refreshing to see generative AI finally making a tangible impact.”

As collaboration environments continue to evolve, the need for expertise to support these spaces only continues to grow. Lena will deliver that expertise while ensuring the security and focus required for a vertically integrated AI, along with the flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of each deployment, NetSpeek states.

“There is no doubt that generative AI will soon be infused into most aspects of most organizations,” remarks Erik DeGiorgi, CEO at NetSpeek. “We are excited for our launch and with the incredible depth of industry experience on our team, we expect NetSpeek to stand out as a leader in gen AI in pro AV.”

Per the statement, NetSpeek will demonstrate Lena at ISE 2025 in Barcelona, Spain beginning on Feb. 4, 2025.
