One Equity Partners (“OEP”) announced that it has completed the acquisition of York Telecom Corporation (“Yorktel”), an IT services firm specializing in managed services and enterprise collaboration solutions. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1985 and headquartered in Wall, N.J., Yorktel is a next-gen global systems integrator and managed services provider. Per a statement, the company supports a wide range of blue-chip enterprise customers and government agencies by delivering managed IT services, collaboration system integrations and advanced AI-based monitoring solutions to elevate the hybrid work experience. Moreover, Yorktel has over 500 global employees with a scalable operating footprint across the Americas, Europe and Asia, says the company.
“Large organizations require a trusted partner such as Yorktel to help modernize and maintain their collaboration and Modern Work technology,” remarks Carlo Padovano, partner at OEP. “We see significant opportunities for the company to continue to grow organically, make strategic acquisitions and expand its offerings.”

According to a statement, Guggenheim Securities, LLC served as financial advisor to Yorktel.
