RTI, a control and automation manufacturer for residential and commercial settings, has named Mark Derus as chief financial officer (CFO) and Mark Klayum as logistics manager. Derus is a global finance leader with expertise in supporting public and privately held companies in high-growth stages. Klayum is an experienced manager who excels at leading midsize teams in achieving company objectives and goals, according to RTI.

In addition, the company has strengthened its dealer support team with the addition of Vincent Bova and Luke Augustakis to new Senior Design and Programming Consultant positions. For the past 10 years, Bova has owned his own custom integration company, Augustakis has held the position of Automation Programmer for integrators such as Fi Audio Visual and Hayman’s Integrated Systems, where he was responsible for all aspects of business management, software testing, and high-level installation.
