People & Places: Kramer Appoints Steve Biegacki as New CEO

HIRED & PROMOTED: Hitachi America, Ltd. hires Will Dunham as regional sales manager for the west region of the U.S. Dunham will be based in Arizona and will manage sales in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. Before joining Hitachi America, Ltd. Dunham spent ten years as a K-12 Account Executive and Sales Manager at CCS Presentation Systems.
