Extron, the Anaheim, Calif.-based manufacturer of audiovisual signal processing, distribution and control solutions, has introduced the TouchLink Pro 35 Series touchpanels. The new series combines advanced control technology with a sleek design, offering four sizes and multiple configuration options. All models feature IPS technology for vibrant color reproduction, improved contrast, brightness and wide viewing angles.
The touchpanels include Extron’s new HTML5 stack, enabling modern, responsive interface designs that scale across screen sizes and orientations. HTML5 also supports embedded multimedia elements such as H.264 video streams, dynamic graphics and real-time data widgets.
The TLP Pro 535, TLP Pro 835 and TLP Pro 1035 models can function as standalone control systems with LinkLicense for TLP Control Processor and an optional TLCA 2 TouchLink Control Port Expansion Adapter. This reduces hardware needs and simplifies system design, making it ideal for installations with limited space or tight budgets.
Multi-color status indicators provide immediate visual feedback for system states, alerts or room availability. The feature includes 10 default colors and supports custom HEX values for precise color matching, allowing alignment with corporate branding or specific applications.
“We’ve designed the TLP Pro 35 Series to deliver the most advanced touchpanel experience yet, combining responsive control with elegant design,” says Casey Hall, chief marketing officer for Extron. “With HTML5 support, vivid IPS displays and versatile mounting options, these touchpanels deliver the streamlined AV control and enhanced performance customers demand.”
The series includes 5.5-inch, 8-inch, 10.1-inch and 15.6-inch models in tabletop, wall mount and cable cubby configurations, available in black or white finishes. All wall mount models except the 15.6-inch can be installed in portrait or landscape orientations, making them suitable for tight spaces or specific viewing needs.
