NSCA, the not-for-profit association representing the commercial integration industry, announced that Navigate Management Consulting has officially become part of NSCA as an in-house business service.
Per the statement, after Solutions360 — the owner of Navigate — was acquired by Northrim Horizon in late 2025, its new owners made the decision to keep Navigate within the commercial integration community. This then facilitated a transition of ownership to NSCA.
“This transaction allows Solutions360 to stay focused on building exceptional software for systems integrators, while ensuring our customers continue to benefit from the strong consulting and educational resources Navigate provides,” explains Nate Gardner, CEO at Solutions360. “With NSCA’s leadership and reach, I’m confident that Navigate will grow and impact an even broader segment of the integrator community.”
How Will Navigate Work With NSCA?
Per the statement, the addition of Navigate will expand the ability to help NSCA members strengthen operations, streamline processes and boost profitability. Navigate’s online learning platform, Navigate Academy, will become part of the NSCA eXcellence in Business Operation (XBO) Knowledge Hub, which will launch later in 2026.
The hub — an AI-powered experience — will bring all the knowledge, expertise and content housed within the NSCA Essentials Library resources together with Navigate’s curriculum and training and other vetted resources into one intelligent and accessible system.
With this, members will get to ask the XBO Knowledge Hub a question and not only receive answers to their questions but also get connected to resources that let them dive deeper. This could include reading a whitepaper, watching a video, signing up for a webinar or talking to one of NSCA’s Business Accelerators or Member Advisory Councilmembers, the organization states.
“I’m honored and privileged to have Navigate become a direct business resource for NSCA,” says Brad Malone, president of Navigate. “With this transition, we can drive more successful business results into member companies. I’m excited to collaborate with NSCA in bringing the expertise of NSCA’s Business Accelerators and Member Advisory Councilmembers to members in a more coordinated fashion to achieve a lasting impact in profitability. 2026 will be an exciting year, and the first of many to come.”
Benefits of Navigate Integration
According to the organization, the integration of Navigate and the creation of the XBO Knowledge Hub represent NSCA’s next chapter in helping members access tailored business insight more intuitively, combining human expertise with advanced technology to deliver the right resource at the right time.
“Having Navigate become a member of the NSCA family is a huge win for our members. Their deep operational and management expertise perfectly complements our mission to help integrators build stronger, more efficient, and more profitable businesses,” says NSCA Director of Business Resources Mike Abernathy. “We couldn’t be more excited about the expanded value this will bring to the NSCA community. Navigate will continue to help me serve our members as a trusted advisor and business resource.”
“NSCA is extremely proud of its deep library of resources and other hands-on tools for helping members with every aspect of their businesses,” describes NSCA Executive Director Tom LeBlanc. “We’re always striving to improve member awareness of and access to those resources. The goal of the XBO Knowledge Hub is to modernize how members find customized assistance. The opportunity to bring Navigate in-house is a catalyst for this initiative. Under Abernathy’s leadership, members will continue to have a trusted concierge to guide them toward impactful tools and expertise. And with Navigate joining the NSCA family, those touchpoints — and the value behind them — grow even stronger.”
