NSCA, the Cedar Rapids, Iowa-based, not-for-profit association for the commercial integration industry, has expanded its Business Accelerators and Member Advisory Councilmembers programs. This initiative introduces three new partners — Milwaukee Tool, Core Consultor and Platform1 — aimed at driving innovation, efficiency, and workforce development for integrators and manufacturers.
Milwaukee Tool joins the Business Accelerators program, offering tools and solutions to enhance jobsite productivity and safety.
Core Consultor, part of the Member Advisory Council, leverages AI to improve field service management and first-time fix rates. As new technicians and installers enter the industry, Core Consultor empowers them with the knowledge they need so they can respond faster to service calls and improve first-time fix rates. Real-time troubleshooting and safety compliance supported by AI enables greater efficiency, consistent quality, and better customer service.
Platform1 provides a robust learning management system to fast-track technical and leadership skill development. Its comprehensive learning management system comes preloaded with the content integrators need to educate their teams: lesson plans, pacing guides, slide decks, video training, quizzes, exams, activities, and assessments. These structured learning pathways allow NSCA members to advance technical, management, and leadership skills faster.
“Our Business Accelerators and Member Advisory Councilmembers provide NSCA members with resources, training, and expertise to strengthen their companies,” says NSCA Director of Business Resources Mike Abernathy. “By connecting integrators with organizations like Milwaukee Tool, Core Consultor, and Platform1, we ensure they have access to the best tools, insights, and guidance to improve performance and profitability.”
These additions join NSCA’s network of partners, further empowering members to adapt to evolving industry demands.
