CI Columnist’s Selling Strategies Book Lands at NSCA BLC

When CI columnist Daniel L. Newman asked me a few months ago to edit his latest book, I was excited.

When he told me he wanted it done and ready to download by NSCA’s 16th annual Business & Leadership Conference (BLC), February 27 to March 1, however, I was a little nervous about the timeline.

He got it done and The New Rules of Customer Engagement: 6 Trends Reinventing The Way We Sell is indeed ready for the integration industry.

During the Dallas event, Newman talks about why it was a priority to get the book published in time for 2014 NSCA BLC:
