Barco’s Eric Ewing, associate sales support engineer, with a little help from Chis Neto, business development manager, walked me through the breezy process of mounting or accessing the LCD panels. The panels self-align by powered by gravity, demonstrates Ewing in the video.
According to Barco, the mounting structure is a key element of the video wall system because, for system designers and installers, it painlessly ensures the precise alignment of the panels without damaging the sensitive edges.
It also allows UniSee, according to the company, to offer the smallest possible bezel while allowing for faster installation and easy servicing.
Indeed, it took Ewing and Neto about 30 seconds to widen the gaps and remove a panel for servicing.
