The Buffalo Sabres wanted to install a cutting edge video and light system in the First Niagara Centre to enhance and elevate its in-game entertainment experience for the fans. The NHL organization worked with Westbury National Show Systems Ltd. to create a system which includes DMX signal distribution, back end control equipment, motor controls and custom trussing. Logos, images and video content are displayed on the ice and in the arena while four banner systems were installed at the corners of the rink for additional projection options.
