Patrons frequent the cafe at State Street Bank in Boston every day to refuel. Sodexo, the company that manages the food service, wanted to create a welcome board to provide information on menu items before ordering. But without enough wall space, they had to get creative. Sodexo created the 46-inch interactive welcome board in a kiosk skinned by State Street branding that displays a touchscreen menu, health and fitness tips, cafe hours and more. This board is used by 40 percent of the 900 customers served each day.
