Aaron McArdle, founder and CEO of meeting room technology provider RoomReady, acquired AV Solutions, LLC this past summer. The latter is a Baton Rouge, L.A.-based audiovisual systems integrator that has more than 18 years of expertise. It is known for providing meeting-room technology for clients throughout Louisiana and surrounding states.
“AV Solutions believes that meeting-room technology should be easy to deploy and use,” McArdle says. He continues, “Those were foundational beliefs I had when I founded RoomReady. I’m thrilled to have found another like-minded group of people to invest in and help grow.”

The AV Solutions acquisition took place on July 31.
