The Audio-Technica InfoComm 2018 booth displayed newly-updated, AES67 compliant boundary microphones and other devices, identified by the company’s “a” designation.
The AES67 compliant products cover a range of products that include the ATND97a boundary microphone, the ATND8677a microphone desk stand, ATND8734a power module, the ATND931a gooseneck microphone and ATND933a hanging ceiling-mount microphone.
Audio-Technica AES67 Integration Provides System Flexibility
According to the company, its new network microphones and components are engineered for audio-over-IP applications that includes AES67 compliant networks.
The company says its products work with systems that utilize Livewire, RAVENNA and Q-LAN AoIP technologies.

The products also function as standard communication tools with features such as talk/mute, gain, low-cut filter and LED controls.
In addition, some of the other features the new products provide include improved Dante Domain Manager capabilities with options such as role-based security, cross-subnet routing and SNMP alerts.
