Expansion into digital signage has created growth in its video business, representing a 45% growth in that category last year. Fluid also expanded its engineering capabilities to encompass networking and control solutions, earning 40% growth in that area.
A particularly fruitful area of expansion into service agreements through repairing drive-thru systems and headsets on a national level has also led to the company’s fast growth.
That growth is attributed to “creating client loyalty and account growth by providing excellent customer service with instant communications with real people and quick resolve,” says Fluid Audio Communications president and CEO Steven Seiden.
He also credits “expanding our footprint to encompass national account business and project management.”
