The biggest obstacle for Verrex in 2016, as president, CEO and chairman Tom Berry Jr. sees it, is finding talent to support growth of its U.S. and global operations. Integration has always been a niche industry, he tells CI editor Tom LeBlanc. “It has a limited number of subject matter experts. As the technology evolves we need to find individuals that have not only the right attitude but the ability to learn new skills, and that’s a challenge.”
