Verrex Corporation earns 15 to 20 percent of its annual revenue through its Global Managed Services (GMS) program and has over 30 employees embedded with customers in the U.S., Asia and Europe in service roles. Bill Chamberlin, VP of global sales, tells CI editor Tom LeBlanc about Verrex’s unique service struc-ture and explains that service contracts usually lead to more project utilization and therefore more buildouts.
