Lenovo has added Michael Montemayor to its North American Smart Collaboration Team as senior manager on February 5, 2024.
“[Montemayor] will be instrumental in growing our market presence, driving revenue growth, and building lasting client and partner relationships,” says Colin McIsaac, vice president, solutions & Canada.
He continues, “[Montemayor’s] arrival comes at the perfect time. Our team of highly specialized sellers has built a strong foundation of loyal customers, resellers and alliances. Our business is showing strong growth year over year. We are primed and ready to bring Lenovo to every meeting room in North America.”
Per a statement, Montemayor brings a wealth of experience to Lenovo, having held key leadership positions at AVer and in sales across diverse industries at companies like Rackspace, Schlumberger and Bluum. He holds a bachelor of business administration (BBA) in marketing from the University of Texas at San Antonio and an executive leadership certificate from Cornell University.
Hailing from Dallas, Montemayor is a Texan at heart. When he’s not busy with work, Montemayor can be found indulging his passions for snowboarding, beach outings, fishing and cheering on the Texas Longhorns.
