Project Crew Multiplier Launches PCM Network

Published: 2022-07-06

Phoenix, Ariz.-based Project Crew Multiplier, LLC (PCM) announced the launch of the PCM Network. Per a statement, the PCM Network is focused on B2B service delivery for the low voltage industry. Dan Abrams and Chris Whitley co-founded the network.

The PCM Network includes Crew Network Providers (CNPs) that offer project labor and installation, drafting, programming training, staffing and rack builds. They also offer logistics and staging, and supplemental labor services nationwide. The CNPs will continue to be added to best serve the needs of the partners and providers, says PCM.

The organization adds that the founders and their unique expertise will guide the network. Whitley was the founder of the USAV Group (now known as EDGE, a part of PSA), a network organization focused on pro AV Integration. On the other hand, Abrams has held various positions in the AV industry with an emphasis on large scale deployments nationally and globally including extensive utilization of service delivery partners.

Advantages of PCM Network

Abrams and Whitley, together with the Crew Chief Council, a group of five subscriber Principles, will focus on the continued development and growth of the CNPs. Tim Hennen, CEO of Digital Labor Services in Woodbury, N.Y., is the first service provider to subscribe to the PCM Network. He states, “Having participated in similar industry groups in the past, I understand the value of being a part of something bigger and the benefits that it brings to me, my business and the industry as a whole. Dan and Chris are the perfect team to lead this effort in what has historically been an underserved segment of the industry.”

According to a statement, the network will be accessible to the professional integration and manufacturing community through a select network of partners and distributors. It gives organizations the ability to work beyond their physical locations. It will also multiply their ability to deliver in a responsible, structured methodology.

The ever increasing need to offer additional services also extend the reach and footprint of delivery. This, combined with rising costs and challenges of employee retention, makes B2B service providers more valuable than ever.

PCM thus proclaims that the network will help those businesses grow and make them more accessible to the industry as a whole.
