One of the most unique security integration projects we’ve seen at CI has to be the hybrid surveillance system at the posh Aria Casino & Resort in Las Vegas, which blends IP HD and 360° technology with analog.

Helping safeguard patrons and employees of the 61-story resort are video surveillance capabilities considered to be among the most advanced in the worldwide gaming market. Integrator North American Video (NAV) completed the installation in late 2009.

The project called for blending 720p and 1080p high definition cameras with analog models to achieve a best in class hybrid design.

Additionally, 360 degree cameras are strategically placed throughout the casino to provide near total coverage of the facility.
