The year is 2008, and video walls are a pretty specific amenity in even more specific venues. Only Certain types of customers are buying them. Flash forward over 10 years, & video walls are changing in terms of where they’re wanted and who wants them.

We wanted to get some opinions on this from a professional who knows a thing or two about customer needs. What we didn’t expect was to talk to a PhD in cognitive development psychology.
