Samsung Electronics America has expanded efforts to bring its best-in-class display technology to Las Vegas through its partnership with Allegiant Stadium. Home to the Las Vegas Raiders, one of professional football’s most iconic franchises, the three-year-old stadium is now exclusively outfitted with over 66,000 square feet of Samsung LED displays and more than 93 million pixels, including three videoboards installed in the end zones, score clocks and ribbon boards, which border the 200- and 300-levels in the main seating bowl.

Most notably, Allegiant Stadium aims to captivate fans attending the Big Game with the 27,600-square-foot Samsung outdoor LED mesh display positioned on the exterior of the building — the largest outdoor stadium marquee in professional football.

“The larger-than-life Samsung Outdoor LED mesh display and the thousands of indoor video screens create the ultimate fan experience for Raider Nation at Allegiant Stadium,” says David Phelps, head of the display division, Samsung Electronics America. “When the Big Game comes to Las Vegas, Allegiant Stadium will be ready to wow football fans with an amazing line-up of Samsung’s show-stopping visual technology that exceeds expectations – even in the entertainment capital of the world.”

When football’s Big Game kicks off, fans are guaranteed to never miss a moment of the action, with over 2,550 displays installed throughout the stadium, most of which range between 27 to 98 feet.

“Las Vegas is the top destination in the country for sports and entertainment, and Allegiant Stadium is a premier destination for both tourists and locals,” says Raiders vice president of information technology, Matt Pasco. “Samsung technology has been one of our greatest assets in providing a spectacular, entertaining fan experience and ensuring our facility meets the highest of standards in the sports and entertainment capital of the world.”
