Datapath, an innovator in computer graphics, video capture and digital display technology, will be at InfoComm 2023 (booth #1915). The audiovisual industry event offers attendees the opportunity to experience Datapath’s hardware and software solutions firsthand. With AV-over-IP (AVoIP) established in most vertical markets, Datapath’s R&D team has been busy developing innovative ways to enhance operators’ duties with its Aetria platform for networked video management.
In this Q&A with Commercial Integrator, Datapath shares some of what visitors can expect to see: dedicated demonstrations of how Aetria changes multi-source video management; a preview of the new VSN V3 videowall processor; access to the ActiveSQX2 scalable IP encode and decode card; and much more!
CI: Explain the value to Datapath of connecting face-to-face with the AV industry community at InfoComm ’23.
Datapath: InfoComm is an excellent ‘shop window’ for Datapath’s hardware and software, allowing booth visitors to get hands on and see our solutions first-hand. Often, the true impact of an AV solution only becomes clear when seen in person. Datapath’s portfolio of hardware and software is best experienced in a face-to-face environment, plus we have the experts available to answer all and any technical enquiries. It also provides an excellent opportunity for our sales team to expand their network and obtain valuable leads for new business.
CI: What are the biggest, most impactful trends that Datapath has its eye on and that you expect will shape InfoComm ’23?
Datapath: With AVoIP now established in most vertical markets, it is great to see new software advancements that push the envelope of what is possible with a networked solution. Datapath are no exception, and we look forward to showing how these solutions work in a control room environment at InfoComm 23.
CI: How is Datapath leaning into those trends with its products and solutions? What can InfoComm attendees expect to see from you?
Datapath: Our R&D team have been busy over the past year developing ways in which Operators’ duties can be enhanced with our Aetria platform for networked video management. At InfoComm, our booth (1915) visitors will have access to dedicated demonstrations that will show how Aetria is changing what is possible with multi-source video management, as well as being able to preview our new VSN V3 videowall processor and ActiveSQX2 scalable IP encode and decode card. Ever-increasing video data volumes require powerful, proven solutions, and that is where Datapath can deliver. We look forward to welcoming you!
