Digital Signage Expo 2020 Postpones Show to Nov. 11-13

Published: 2020-07-16

Digital Signage Expo 2020 organizers have “extended the show’s postponement” to Nov. 11-13 “after closely monitoring the situation in Las Vegas,” marking the show’s second delay related to the ongoing spread of the coronavirus.

DSE 2020 had originally been scheduled for March 31-April 3, but show organizers pushed it back to mid-September as many other live events were scrapped in Las Vegas, across the U.S. and around the world this spring.

The new schedule includes access to the Las Vegas Convention Center exhibit hall on Nov. 12-13, at which time “senior Las Vegas officials expect the city and convention center to be fully operational,” according to the announcement by Exponation, LLC.

Exhibitors will retain their locations in the new DSE 2020 floor plan, said Exponation, LLC president and COO Chris Gibbs, in the postponement announcement. There is no need to re-register for DSE 2020, the announcement says.

Registration information will be retained for exhibit hall passes and conference selections.

Show registration is currently open for the exhibit hall only. Conference registration will re-open soon for the DSE 2020 education program.

The DSE 2020 show floor will feature more than 150 exhibitors with product and service offerings including display screens, kiosks, media players, content management systems and wayfinding solutions as well as distribution and cloud-based systems, mounts, enclosures and much more.

The exhibit hall will also offer free on-floor workshop presentations on the latest solutions, technology and trends in digital signage.

DSE 2020 will reprise the more than 100 scheduled educational opportunities, including nine pre- and post-show events, 21 industry-specific peer networking luncheon roundtables, 32 general conference sessions, 49 free on-floor workshops, and a program of study to ensure certification renewal in cooperation with the Digital Signage Experts Group.
