cavlo, HETMA Announce Discussion Panel for Nashville Show

Published: 2022-03-08

The cavlo trade show will hold a “Food for Thought” discussion panel during its May 11th Nashville, Tenn. event. cavlo is producing the discussion panel in conjunction with the Higher Education Technology Managers Alliance (HETMA). In addition, Starin Marketing is sponsoring the breakfast.

The discussion panel’s title is “IoT, the Cloud and Virtual Meeting Spaces: Is Anyone Ever Coming Back to Campus?” Naturally, then, it’ll feature panelists chatting about the future of virtual meeting and learning spaces. And, in fact, some of those guests will be prominent members of the higher-education sector. What’s more, Chris Neto, a Starin Marketing associate and prominent member of the AV community, will serve as discussion moderator.

BC Hatchett, M.A.Ed., associate director for classroom technology at Vanderbilt University, expresses excitement about the cavlo/HETMA partnership. He says, “It is always fantastic to engage with industry professionals on how we can work together to meet the dynamic needs of the higher-education vertical.” Then, Hatchett points to what he describes as “the chaotic environment we all find ourselves” nowadays and argues that communication and collaboration are indispensable. He continues, “cavlo is meeting this challenge by bringing together [various] stakeholders [to] meet this challenge head on.” In closing, Hatchett thanks cavlo for inviting HETMA to play a role in the Nashville-based event on May 11th.
