Additionally, Rob Mello has joined as vice president of global managed services to lead the new practice.
According to Diversified, the new practice reflects a broader evolution in how organizations manage increasingly connected and business-critical technology environments.

Per the statement, the new practice will align Diversified’s managed services strategy, delivery and client success capabilities globally while preserving the regional expertise and specialized support clients rely on. Managed services architects and client success executives will continue working closely with individual clients to develop service models based on their environments, priorities and business requirements.

According to Diversified, the global managed services practice will focus on three priorities:
- Consistent delivery at global scale: Providing common standards, processes and service experiences across regions while maintaining the flexibility to support each client’s environment and business requirements.
- Long-term client value: Moving beyond individual projects to help clients improve adoption, performance, resilience and return on their technology investments over time.
- Intelligent service operations: Embedding automation and agentic AI into the architecture and evolution of Diversified’s managed services offerings to support more proactive monitoring, faster resolution and continuous optimization.
How Will Rob Mello Lead the New Practice?

According to Diversified, Rob Mello brings more than two decades of experience building and scaling technology-enabled services for global organizations, including NTT DATA, Orange Business Services and IBM.
Across his career, he has created new practices, launched differentiated service offerings and led complex transformation initiatives that aligned technology, operations and commercial strategy. A patent holder and author, Mello also has a proven record of turning innovation into scalable capabilities and measurable business value, says Diversified.
