Who Is Han Dohmen?

Han Dohmen is a global business development executive with more than 30 years of international leadership experience in business development, sales strategy, channel management and global partnerships.

He has held senior positions at Biamp, L-Acoustics and Sennheiser, helping manufacturers expand internationally, strengthen strategic accounts and build lasting relationships with systems integrators across Europe and beyond.

Most recently, as head of business development Europe for Biamp, he developed global account strategies for integration organizations, including PSNI Global Alliance.

What Will Dohmen Do at PSNI?

Dohmen will lead the continued growth and strategic direction of PSNI’s Preferred Vendor Partner (PVP) program. He’ll work alongside manufacturers and the Alliance’s global community of Certified Solution Providers (CSPs) to deepen collaboration, expand business opportunities and help partners realize measurable value from their participation.

His appointment reinforces PSNI’s investment in strategic manufacturer partnerships and the long-term growth of its globally recognized PVP program.

What Is the Preferred Vendor Partner Program?

The Preferred Vendor Partner (PVP) program connects manufacturers with PSNI’s global network of Certified Solution Providers (CSPs), more than 120 AV integrators across the AV, IT and UC&C sectors.

The program gives vendors meaningful engagement opportunities while supporting CSPs through education, innovation, strategic alignment and business development initiatives designed to benefit customers worldwide.

That collaborative ecosystem between CSPs and technology manufacturers stands as one of the Alliance’s defining differentiators.

Why Did Dohmen Join PSNI?

Dohmen joined PSNI because he sees the Alliance’s mix of scale, professionalism and collaboration as a rare combination in a global market.

“Throughout my career, I’ve worked with global integrators and technology manufacturers, but PSNI has always stood apart,” Dohmen says. “As business becomes increasingly global, customers need partners that can deliver consistent experiences across regions. That’s what makes PSNI so compelling. It isn’t simply the Alliance’s global reach, it’s the combination of scale, professionalism and collaboration. With more than $6 billion in combined global revenue represented across its Certified Solution Providers, PSNI has built the industry’s largest and most capable global integration network.”

Dohmen also points to his prior experience as a Preferred Vendor Partner. “Having previously worked with PSNI as a Preferred Vendor Partner, I experienced firsthand the strength of the relationships the Alliance creates between manufacturers and its global network of CSPs,” he says. “Those relationships extend far beyond product discussions, connecting vendors with executive leadership, engineering, sales, and marketing teams around the world.”

What Does PSNI Say About the Appointment?

PSNI leadership says Dohmen’s experience on both sides of the partnership makes him uniquely qualified for the role.

“Han is uniquely qualified for this role because he understands our Alliance from both sides of the partnership,” says Chris Miller, executive director of PSNI Global Alliance. “He has spent his career helping manufacturers grow through stronger relationships with systems integrators, and he’s experienced firsthand the value our Alliance creates for both vendors and Certified Solution Providers.”

Miller adds that the program is playing a larger role as more companies expand internationally. “As more organizations look beyond their home markets, our Preferred Vendor Partner program plays an increasingly important role in helping manufacturers and Certified Solution Providers build stronger global relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver consistent customer experiences around the world,” he says.

Miller continues, “Han understands that opportunity better than most, and his leadership, global perspective, and collaborative approach make him the ideal person to help shape the next chapter of our vendor partnership strategy.”

What’s Next for PSNI’s Vendor Strategy?

Dohmen will work closely with PSNI leadership, Preferred Vendor Partners and Certified Solution Providers worldwide to expand strategic initiatives and strengthen partner engagement. His focus centers on advancing the collaborative ecosystem that has become a hallmark of the Alliance while creating greater value for every stakeholder involved.

“I’m incredibly grateful for the trust the entire PSNI team have placed in me,” Dohmen says. “Together with our CSPs and Preferred Vendor Partners, I’m excited to help take the program to its next stage of growth while creating even greater value for all stakeholders inside of the Alliance.”
