Best Restaurant & Bar Project: Serious Audio Video for Buffalo Wild Wings; Princeton, NJ
This New Jersey-based Buffalo Wild Wings’ franchise owner had been impressed with Serious’ previous solutions and hired the firm for this AV control and user-interface installation. For its solution Serious leaned on what it calls — apropos for a wings joint — its “secret sauce,” which is a user interface using a collage of products and standardizing the customer experience inside the space.
Part of Serious’ aforementioned secret sauce was customizing the Elan g! automation platform to provide control over all components of the AV system. Serious installed an iPad in the wall centrally located in the dining room as the control center, bringing end users out of the rack room and on to the floor where they can see their interactions with the system in real-time. The firm also provided one-touch macro buttons that allow the end users to do multiple functions with a single touch of a button.
