We’re seeing the needle move in the right direction. Year over year “$51 to $75 per hour” was down slightly and “$76 to $100 an hour” was up significantly. “That’s a good move,” NSCA’s Wilson says. “That’s what we want to start to see — people realizing what their true costs are for labor and having the right labor burden rate.”
