Wilson echoed his own point, which he made in the State of the Industry Report, that it’s not a bad thing that surveyed integration firms don’t seem as bullish on 2016 as they have in past surveys. “I don’t think there is anything wrong with a company that has slow, steady growth,” he said. Wild optimism is one thing, but Wilson said a real sign of industry strength is that its growth projections out-pace that of the construction and renovation trends that NSCA tracks on a quarterly basis. “To me, I think we’ll see a really good growing year for most of our integrator numbers.”
